战国时期楚“夷陵城”考辨

The Research on “Yiling City” of Chu During Warring Period

"夷陵城"建城的历史悠久,始于战国时期,这在大量的文献和史籍中屡有记载。然而,夷陵城究竟在何地?这是由于史籍中记载不清,再是2000多年前夷陵古城又早已被毁于战火之中。故千百年来,探索古夷陵城故址在何处的工作一直是历代学术界研究的重要课题。本文拟从历史、考古、地名等学科研究入手,并在综合了前人研究的基础上对夷陵城所在位置进行考证,夷陵城其位置就在西陵峡口处左岸前坪一带。

Yiling City”, a long-history-held city can date back to Warring Period, which has been documented in lots of historical annals. However, where is Yiling City? There is no answer, because of no exact documents of its location and the destroy in wars 2000 years ago. Thus, trying to locate the site of ancient Yiling City is always a subject in academic circles for thousands of years. This article, based on the predecessors' researches, researches on the location Yiling City by starting with the researches of history, archaeology, place name, and identifies its site is around Qianping on the left bank of the entrance to Xiling Gorge.
