中国共产党作为中国特色社会主义现代化事业的领导核心,必须实现自身的现代化。实现党的现代化是实践"三个代表"的必然要求,也是中国现代化建设成功的关键,是党自身建设面临的动态的、发展的课题。按照"三个代表"要求实现党的现代化必须努力实现党的执政能力和领导水平的现代化,努力实现党员和干部素质现代化。

The CPC, as the leading core of socialist modern cause with Chinese characteristics, must realize her own modernization. Realizing her own modernization is an inevitable requirement to practice 'Three Represents', and is the key point of China's modern construction.And also, it's an issue to solve before the Party construction.
