该文从包装材料的透湿性、透气性、包装商品的贮存温度、贮存湿度、商品内微生物的繁殖或死亡速率。以及商品品质变化等方面进行考虑,初步确定了包装保存期预测的一些数学模型。
The mathematical models for predicting the shelf-life of packaged products are determined, preliminarily on the basis of considerations of the moisture and gas permeability of packaging materials,the storage temperature and humidity of packaged products,the rate of growth and deeth of microorganism in the products and the rate of deterioration of the products.
