摘要
根据凝胶深度调剖的驱油机理,收集总结了国内外的有关数学模型,建立了三维三相八组分数学模型。模型考虑了调剖过程中的多种因素,主要包括交联反应过程中的组分产生和损耗、化学组分的吸附和滞留、一价和二价离子的质量交换、地面成胶调剖、凝胶的降解、流动性能以及化学组分对水相粘度和渗透率下降系数的影响等,经过多个区块的实际验算,符合程度较高。本文以大庆某井组为例,进行了不同开发方式及参数的计算,为提高油藏采收率提供了科学依据。
In this paper,a numerical model with three- dimention, three- phase and eight- ingredient is set up according to oil displacement mechanism of profile control in- depth of gels,based on relative numerical models at home and abroad.Many factors are included in the model at the course of profile control,which are elements creating and depleting in crosslinking reaction,elements adsorption and placement,exchange of ion plus 1 and plus 2,profile control of bulk gels,gels degradation,gels fluidity and fall coefficients of element phase viscosity and phase permeability against water,and so on.The model is applied to many oilfields and the results of numerical model are much closer to realities. For example, the model is applied to one well group of Daqing oilfield with calculation at different development schemes and parameters to provide scientific basis for enhancing oil recovery.
