摘要
本文对柑桔皮粉的制备、常规和微量营养成分含量测定及柑桔皮粉在肉仔鸡和产蛋鸡日粮中的利用进行了较详细地论述。为开发利用我国极为丰富的柑桔皮资源提供了科学依据。
The preparation,Utilization of Citrus peel meal in diets of broilers and laying hens,and content determination of nutrient composition in proximate and mico-ingredient of Citrus peel meal were discussed inyo detail.These results provided scientific basis for developing and utilization of plentiful Citrus peel resources in China.
