摘要
目的:探讨便可通对阴虚血瘀型功能性便秘小鼠肠动力影响的机制。方法:观察便可通对正常和阴虚血瘀型功能性便秘小鼠的排粪、碳末推进率和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。结果:正常小鼠第6天和阴虚血瘀型功能性便秘小鼠在第7天,便可通中剂量组较麻仁胶囊、新斯的明、蒸馏水组粪便排出粒数多(P<0.05),且粪便稀软,不成形;碳末推进率优于麻仁胶囊、新斯的明、蒸馏水组(P<0.05);血清SOD活性明显高于麻仁胶囊、新斯的明、蒸馏水组(P<0.05)。结论:便可通是治疗阴虚血瘀型功能性便秘的有效制剂。
To explore the mechanism involved in intestinal kinetics of Bianketong tablet (BT) treating functional constipation of yin deficiency and blood stagnation. Methods:The effect of BT on defecation, tele-carbon propulsion rate and superoxide dismutase in normal mice and those with functional constipation of yin deficiency and blood stagnation was observed. Results:On the sixth day in the normal mice and on the seventh day in those with functional constipation, feces counting manifestation of moderate dosage BT group was higher than that of Maren capsule group, neostigmine group and distilled water group (P<0.05), and the tele-carbon propulsion rate was better than the other groups (P<0.05); SOD vitality on the seventh day of moderate dosage BT group was obviously higher than that in the other groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:BT is effective in treating functional constipation of yin deficiency and blood stagnation.
