摘要
原始菌株里氏木霉M277经紫外诱变后,挑选培养基上水解透明圈大的菌株进行初筛、复筛,获得M277-7高产菌株,连续5代稳定产生纤维素酶,CMC酶活高于原菌株30%.发酵后产生的酶液应用在牛仔布上,减量率可以达到5%.
A high-yield M277-7 was obtained from the original strain(trichodoma reesei M277) by uv induced mutation and initial and repeated screening of the strain which gave large transparent hydrolysis circles on the cultures. M277-7 produced cellulase stably for 5 generations, and its CMCase activity was 30% higher than the original one. The enzyme liquor after the fermentation was used on denim to give a wt reduction up to 5%.
