ICP-MS法测定纺织品中痕量重金属的研究

Research on the determination of the trace heavy metals in the textiles by ICP-MS method

研究了微波消解样品,试液用ICP-MS法同时测定样品中Pb、As、Cd、Cr、Ni等重金属元素.对影响其测量的各种因素进行了较为详细的研究,确定了实验的最佳测定条件.结果表明,方法的检出限为0.001-0.008μg/L,回收率为93.17%～109.12%,RSD小于3.42%.该法准确、快速、简便,应用于纺织品中重金属元素的测定,结果满意.

Microwave digestion samples were studied. The test liquors were determined with ICP-MS method simultaneously for the heavy metal elements in the samples, such as Pb, As, Cd, Cr, Ni etc. The various factors affecting the determination were studied in details, and the optimal conditions for the detection were settled. The results showed that the detecting limit was 0.001~0.008 μg/L, recovery 93.17%~109.12%, and RSD less than 3.42%. The method was exact, fast and simple, and gave satisfactory results when used in the determination of the heavy metal elements in the textiles.
