摘要
采用钛酸丁酯水解法制备出直径约为20 nm的纳米TiO2,并用钛酸丁酯对其进行改性。研究表明TiO2与硬脂酸事实上通过化学键键合,由亲水性变为亲油性。文中还提出了三种制备TiO2复合纳米农药制剂的方案,并探讨了几种TiO2复合纳米农药制剂在不同条件下的光催化降解率。结果表明,采用钛酸丁酯为原料直接在农药乳油中原位生成的TiO2复合纳米农药制剂与原农药性状保持基本一致,光催化降解率最大。
Nanocrystalline TiO2 was prepared by Ti(O-Bu)4 hydrolyzing, the obtained particles were globular in shape and its grain size was about 20nm. The nanocrystalline TiO2 particles were modified with stearic acid. A covalent bond formed between the surface hydroxylic groups and organic long-chain molecules such as stearic acid. Through this kind of chemical reaction, the hydrophilic property of nanocrystalline TiO2 changed into lipophilic property. Three methods for the preparation of nanosized TiO2-pesticide complex were investigated. Experimental results showed that the nanosized TiO2-pesticide complex that was prepared in-situ has highest photodegradation rate.
