湖南省高校体育专业毕业生就业面临的问题与举措

On the Status Quo of Physical Education Graduate Students in Hunan's Colleges

运用访谈、问卷调查等研究方法对目前湖南省体育专业毕业生近几年的就业情况进行了调查与分析 ,结果表明 :毕业生就业率持续下降的主要问题是 :体育专业学生就业面窄 ,就业岗位的增幅跟不上扩招的步伐 ,专业培养与市场需求不相适应 ,部分毕业生就业时定位不准等 针对出现的问题 。

We investigate the status quo of physical education graduate students in Hunan's colleges in this article. The result shows: the ratio of the graduate students employment is not high because the students of P.E. employment's place is too narrow, the amplitude post can't follow the step of expanded recruit, the major train can't adapt to market requirement and so on.Then it advances some advises.
