The Informal Organization Effects" in University's Dormitory Management

当前高校学生公寓管理中出现的问题揭示了高校教育理念在新世纪的碰撞 ,通过对三对教育理念碰撞的探讨后 ,结合对高校学生公寓中学生群体和个体行为思想特征的分析 ,本文利用管理组织理论中的非正式群体理论对解决高校学生公寓的管理问题提出了一些新的看法。

The questions occurring in the university's dormitory management revealed the conflicts of educational ideas in the new century. Thro ugh the exploration of these three pairs of educational ideas' conflicts,and wi th the analysis of patterns of the students' organizational and individual behav iors,this paper puts forward some new ideas toward the university's dormitory management.
