The financial field has been orderly opening to foreign capital in accordance with the expected Time-frame since China's entry into the WTO. This paper examines the present status and problems in China's financial business opening to the outside world, the policy tendency of foreign capital's entry into financial markets. It also discusses the approaches to foreign financial institutions' participation in China's financial markets.
