中国居民教育消费基本问题研究

A Research into Chinese Residents' Educational Consumption

本文从人力资本理论的角度讨论了教育消费的涵义和对经济增长的作用,分析了中国居民教育消费的现状及教育消费目前主要面临的四大问题:现有教育发展规模不能很好地满足居民日益增长的教育消费需要;现有教育资源配置不合理;教育管理体制缺陷;居民现实支付能力不强。扩大居民教育消费,刺激经济增长应采取的相应政策。

This paper deals with Chinese residents' educational consumption. First, based on the theory of human capital, this paper gives a definition of educational consumption and its effect on the growth of economy. Secondly, according to the present situation, this paper analyzes four chief problems facing Chinese residents' educational consumption. Namely, the current educational development's failure to meet the residents' increasing need fully; the irrational allocation of current educational resources; the imperfect management system of education; the residents' lower income. As a result, the authors believe it is necessary to solve these four problems in order to stimulate residents' educational consumption and the development of economy. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures about how to enlarge residents' educational consumption and enhance China's economy.
