凯西莱联合辛伐他汀治疗脂肪肝70例疗效观察

CLINICAL EFFICACY OF TIOPRONIN COMBINED WITH SIMVATATIN IN THE TREATMENT OF FATTY LIVER

目的 通过护肝调脂药物治疗了解调脂药物对脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法 70例脂肪肝肝功能异常患者给予凯西莱联合辛伐他汀治疗后观察疗效 ,治疗前后临床指标 ,肝功能 ,血脂变化为判定标准 ,同时设对照组 6 0例以丹参注射液治疗。结果 治疗前后比较 ,临床症状明显减轻 ,肝功能 ,血脂水平明显改善 ,与对照组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗组总有效率 (97% )明显高于对照组 (75 % )。结论 凯西莱联合辛伐他汀对高脂血症并脂肪肝肝功能异常患者 ,有很好的疗效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Tiopronin combined with Simvatatin in the treatment of fatty liver. Methods 130 cases with fatty liver were randomly divided into two groups. 70 cases of observed group were given Tiopronin Combined with Simvatatin for 3 weeks; 60 cases of control group were given Simvatatin only for 3 weeks. Results At the end of treatment, the clinical symptom and the level of serum ALT, AST, TC, TG were significantly decreased in the observed group (P<0.05). The total therapeutic efficacy rate was higher in the observed group (97%) than in the control group (75%, P<0.05). Conclusion It indicated that tiopronin combined with simvatatin in the treatment of fatty liver is more effective.
