摘要
目的 探讨采用耳内镜直视下冲洗抽吸法治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的效果。方法 对 6 7例(6 7耳 )单纯性中耳炎、上鼓室胆脂瘤型中耳炎采用耳内镜直视下冲洗抽吸治疗 ,观察其疗效。结果 6 7例中 ,6 3例 1个月内干耳 ,随访 1年 18例鼓膜穿孔愈合 ,干耳 6 0例 ,不干耳 7例。结论 耳内镜直视下能全面地观察清洗中耳鼓室内积脓及胆脂瘤样物 ,是耳科临床治疗的一种有效的保守疗法。
Objective To investigate the method of clearing chronic otitis media with otic endoscope. Method 67 cases of middle ear cholesteatoma limited in epitympanum or simple otitis media were treated with this method. Result Among 67 cases 63 ears obtained dry ears after operation in one month. After one year, the tympanic membranes in 18 cases were cured, 60 cases obtained dry ears. Only 7 cases had not. Conclusion These results suggest that this operation can clear suppurative or cholesteatoma lesion effectively.
