摘要
目的 探索肠外营养对消化道大手术后病人的治疗作用。方法 试验组 4 6例病人均行深静脉置管 ,肠外营养支持治疗 5～ 10天 ,平均 5 2天。结果 肠外营养支持对消化道大手术后病人的治疗作用显著。结论 肠外营养支持能改善消化道大手术后病人的营养状况 ,对提高疗效、促进吻合口及伤口愈合、减少并发症有重要临床意义。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of parenteral nutrition(PN) following big surgery for gastrointestinal canal. Methods For all forty-six patients it was used via deep vein, the time of PN was 5～10 days, average 5.2 days. Results Therapeutic effect of PN following the surgery of the gastrointestinal canal was significant. Conclusion PN could improve the nutritional status of the patients who following surgery of gastrointestinal canal. It is very important in clinical practice to improve curative effects, accelerate the healing of stomas or wounds, and decrease the complications.
