摘要 目的 探讨杭白菊提取液对小牛主动脉平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)培养液SOD、MDA的影响。方法 取小牛主动脉进行体外VSMC培养 ,加入杭白菊提取液干预 ,取上清液在分光光度仪下测定超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)。结果 加入杭白菊提取液后SOD值升高、MDA值下降 ,且随着杭白菊提取液剂量增加 ,作用增强。结论 杭白菊提取液具有抗氧化作用 ,并呈剂量依赖性。 Objective To explore the effect of chrysanthemum extract on superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in cultural liquid of bovine vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs). Methods VSMCs were isolated from calf thoracic aorta and cultured in vitro, then chrysanthemum extract was added in, finally the supernatant liquid was obtained to examine SOD and MDA by spectrophotometer. Results The value of SOD increased and that of MDA decreased when chrysanthemum extract was added, which had a dose response relationship. Conclusions Chrysanthemum extract has an anti oxidation effect in a dose dependent manner.
