The university enterprise has promoted the reform and development of higher education, but some problems remains to be solved. Foe example, great operating risks and poor management exist in many university enterprises and there is usually not a diversity of investors. Therefore , structural reform should be carried out in the enterprise to establish a modern enterprise system, standardize its management, build an effective mechanism for the management, supervision and operation of the operational assets, separate management of the enterprise from administration of the school, develop rising and high-tech industries, promote the development of disciplines and optimize the industrial structure. Besides, some related policies should be introduced to guarantee the success of the reform.
