音乐辅助治疗在人工流产术中的疗效研究

The effects of music therapy on the patients of induced abortion

目的 探讨音乐治疗在人工流产术中的效果。 方法 选择 5 0例术中采用音乐辅助治疗的人工流产病人为实验组 ,4 4例采用常规人工流产术病人为对照组。观察术前和术中血压、心率变化 ;术中、术后疼痛程度 ;人工流产综合征发生率 ;平均手术时间及阴道出血量。 结果 在人流术中采用音乐治疗的实验组术中的血压、心率变化波动幅度小 ,疼痛程度减轻 ,人流综合征的发生率较低 ,与对照组相比差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,两组平均手术时间和术中出血量比较差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) 结论 音乐治疗是人工流产术中简便易行 ,无副作用 ,能有效地减轻术中和术后疼痛 ,减少人流综合征发生的辅助治疗方法。

Objective To study the effect of musical therapy in induced abortion.Methods Randomly selected 50 cases of induced abortion for music therapy as experimental group and 44 cases of induced abortion not for music therapy as control group,we observe patient's blood pressure and heart rate,the analgesic effect,average operational duration and vaginal hemorrhage during of pre-operation and operation.Results In the experimental group there were change smallness of blood pressure and heart rate,the analgesic effect was significant and incidence of abortion syndrome were low period operation comparison with control group,the differen were very significant (P<0.05).There was no significant in average operation duration and vaginal hemorrhage between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions Music therapy is an easy and convenient and effective method without causing any side effect to the patient,it count alleviate the period operational and post operational pain and the incidence of induced abortion syndrome in induced abortion.
