摘要
旅游合同是约定旅游服务双方权利义务关系的协议。随着大规模旅游活动的开展,旅游合同逐渐发展成为格式合同,本文分析了旅游格式合同的成因,优势及弊端,并提出了对于旅游格式合同的规制体系。
Traveling contract is a fundamental form of law that binds two parties.With the development of mass tourism, standard traveling contract is widely used in practice. This paper discusses the advantages and drawbacks of standard traveling contract, and puts forward of some proposals for legal control system.
