竹材残料液化及其液化物胶粘剂的制备 被引量:40

摘要 研究竹材残料在苯酚介质中液化处理所需的条件及其效果,探讨了酚竹比、催化剂种类及用量、液化温度及液化时间等因素的影响;并用竹材液化液合成高分子胶粘剂。结果表明,竹粉在酚竹比(3:1~1:1),用HC1或BF_3作催化剂,液化温度115℃条件下,处理2h完全液化,用竹材液化物合成胶合剂,其反复沸水煮后平均胶合强度大于1.0MPa,IR光谱表明液化物酚醛(BLF)胶与酚醛胶结构基本一致。 Liquefaction conditions of milled bamboo residue in phenol were studied. Through a series of experiments, it was found out that liquefation effect was influenced by some factors, such as kind and dosage of catalyst, mass ratio of phenol to bamboo, liquefaction temperature and time. Furthermore, an adhesive, BLF, was made from liquefied bamboo and formaldehyde. Experiment results showed ①the liquefaction of bamboo could be accomplished under following conditions: HC1 or BF_3 as catalyst, mass ratio of phenol to bamboo 3:1~1:1, temperature 115℃, time 2 hours. ②the BLF could be used as an exterior adhesive, and the bond strength of BLF-bonded plywood was over 1.0MPa(after cooking in boil water). ③IR spectrums of BL and BLF indicated BLF was similar to PF in structure.
