Active physical education is a combination of health education and modern scientific and humanistic education thoughts. It's one of the ways to put the health education into practice. Its essence is to make students' main role in physical education, and to improve the students' activity during this process. The application of active physical education can fundamentally solve the problem of deficient sports classes and is inevitably required by the general enhancement of health education.
