摘要
本文利用制动过程中能量转化守恒的原理,对制动器布置在精密齿轮传动系统输入轴和输出轴两种不同方案所需的制动力矩等情况进行了比较和研究.以ni1表示精密齿轮系统的传动比,研究表明,将制动器从输出轴移到输入轴可取得使所需制动力矩减小到原来的ni1分之一等明显效果.
Through the use of the law of conservation of transferred energy, the authors of this article make a comparison between and research on two different braking movements required by a precise gearing whose brake is arranged at the input end and another whose brake is at the output end respectively. Researches prove that moving the brake from the output end to the input end could get perfect results, one of which is the braking movement required can be reduced to one over ni1(ni1expressed the transmission ratio of the precise gearings) in comparison with original braking moment required.
