摘要
低能铁离子注入烟草叶片后 ,过氧化物酶 (POD)同工酶表达量和谱带发生了明显的变化。叶片中诱导出一条活性很强的Rf'1 同工酶谱带 ,缺失Rf5~Rf73条酶带。全蛋白的变化主要发生在蛋白表达量的差异上 ,与POD同工酶的变化具有相关性。POD同工酶谱的变化反映了注入造成的损伤在修复过程中细胞的生理生化变化 ,为进一步揭示低能离子注入的作用机理提供了基础。
Peroxidese (POD) isozyme content and zymogram changed remarkably during the sterile culture after low energy iron ion-beam was implanted into tobacco leaves. Rf ' 1 with strong activity was induced in the leaves, while Rf 5-Rf 7 were absent after implantation treatment. The change of protein was mainly about the difference of contents,which was relatively with change of POD isozyme. POD zymogram reflected chemophysiology change of cell restored from the implanted damage. Results above provides the base for further study on mechanism of low energy ion-beam implantation.
