摘要
采用邻氨基苯酚作为脂肪酸的化学修饰试剂 ,将羧基修改为含氮杂环 ,使在EI源中避免链烯基中碳碳双键的移动。以气相色谱 /EI质谱分析花粉脂肪酸 ,解析脂肪酸邻氨基苯酚化学修饰产物的EI质谱图 ;讨论了烯酸中碳碳双键的定位规则 ;鉴定出巨日花粉 1 2种脂肪酸 ,由C1 2 ~C2 4脂肪酸组成 ,不饱和脂肪酸的含量占 73.94 % ,其中多不饱和脂肪酸含量占 4 7.6 1 % ,多不饱和脂肪酸与饱和脂肪酸之比达 1 .85 ,还检出了在其他花粉中极为少见的人体必需脂肪酸 1 5 二十四烯酸 (神经酸 )。
Ortho-aminophenol was developed for chemical modifying reagent of fatty acids so as to modify carboxyl group into nitrogen-containing heterocycle which effectively suppresses the migration of double bonds of the alkenyl under the electron impact source. The empirical rule in which the position of double bonds of olefinic acids were located was refered to by analyzing electron impact mass spectra of the chemical products modified by ortho-aminophenol of the fatty acids in pollen. According to the results for pollen analysis by gas chromatography/electron impact mass spectrometry (GC/EIMS), 12 fatty acids in Juri pollen were identified. Juri pollen consists of the fatty acids of C-12 similar to C-24. The contents of the unsaturated fatty acids and the polyunsaturated fatty acids are 73.94% and 47.61% respectively and the ratio of the polyunsaturated fatty acids to the saturated fatty acids is 1.85, besides, 15-tetracosenoic acid (nervonic acid) which is essential fatty acid and exists rarely in other pollens was indentified.
