摘要
基于在PVA存在下 ,痕量汞催化过氧化氢氧化镍 依来铬红B络合物的褪色反应 ,建立了催化褪色光度法测定痕量汞的新方法。汞浓度在 0 .0 1~ 0 .0 6 μg/L范围内符合比尔定律 ;检出限为 1 .2× 1 0 -9g/L。用于人发和废水等样品中痕量汞的测定 ,获得满意的结果。
A new catalytic spectrophotometric determination of trace mercury based on its catalytic oxidizing decoloration reaction of nickel eriochrome red B complexes by hydrogen peroxid in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol has been developed. The Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0.01 to 0.06 g/L and the detecton limit is 1.2×10 -9 g/L for Hg 2+ . The method has been used for the determination of Hg 2+ in hair and waste water samples with satisfactory results.
