The development of biotechnological industry needs the efforts from all walks of life. Trade organizations can play an important role in this process. Firstly, this paper discussess in brief the overall setting in which the trade organization in the operation of the biotechnological industry, and it also gives an account of the current situation into which the organizations have developed. Basing on the analysis of the five functions of the organizations, this paper puts forward the guideline of development which the relevant authority should follow. In the end it provides the suggestions about how to establish biotechnology related trade organizations in the coming days.
