摘要
建立了一种基于荧光素汞在碱性条件下与S2-作用生成无荧光性的物质,从而使荧光素汞的荧光强度下降,根据荧光强度的下降值测定水样中S2-。此法的测定范围为0.007~0.8mg·L-1,线性相关系数为0.9987。大部分共存物质不干扰测定,CN-的干扰可加入甲醛溶液消除,Fe3+的干扰可加入酒石酸消除。
An indirect fluorophotometric method for the determination of micro-amounts of sulfide based on the quenching of fluorescence of the fluorescein-mercury compound due to its reaction with the sulfide was described in this paper. The fluorescence measurements were carried out at the wavelengths, λ_(ex)=499nm and λ_(em)=519nm. Linear relationship was kept in the range of 0.007~0.80mg of S^(2-) per liter of solution with a correlation coefficient of 0.998 7. The interference of CN^- was eliminated by the addition of formaldehyde, and that of ferric ion by the addition of tartaric acid.
