摘要
通过教学实验法探讨有氧健身操对大学女生健身效果的影响.结果表明,有氧健身操的动作结构和负荷强度适合女生的生理和心理特点,坚持长期锻炼,可以有效地改善女生的身体形态、提高生理机能能力和运动素质水平.
The aim of the study is to discuss the effect of aerobic exercise on the female college students' fitness through the teaching experiment. The results show that the action form and the workload intensity of the aerobic exercise are suitable for the characteristics of both physiology and psychology of the female college students, and can effectively improve the body formations,the physiological function capacity and the action quality of the female students after the long period training.
