FAAS DETERMINATION OF MICROAMOUNTS OF NICKEL IN WATER -- PRECONCENTRATION BY Zn-DDTC COPRECIPITATION

摘要 探讨了以Zn DDTC为共沉淀载体,共沉淀富集水中微量镍的方法,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定镍,提高了灵敏度,选择性高,操作简便,方法检出限为3.78μg·L-1,相对标准偏差为3 92%~6.47%,回收率为95.8%~103.0%,用于测定自来水和其水源水中微量镍,结果满意。 Microamounts of nickel(Ⅱ) in water samples were preconcentrated by coprecipitation with Zn-DDTC as co-precipitant at pH 7.5~8.5. After filtration on PTFE filter-membrane the precipitate was dissolved in dilute nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. Nickel(Ⅱ) in the solution was finally determined by FAAS. Detection limit of the method was found to be 3.78μg·L^(-1). In the application of this method to the analysis of samples of tap water and headwaters. RSD′s and recoveries found were in the ranges of 3.92%~6.47% and 95.8%~103.0% respectively.
