摘要 目的 :检测深圳市市售蜂蜜中氯霉素的残留量 ,以掌握蜂蜜中氯霉素污染的情况。方法 :氯霉素定量酶联免疫检测法 ,利用抗体与抗原间免疫化学反应 ,酶标氯霉素结合体与样品检体中氯霉素残留物同时竞争固定在酶标孔的氯霉素抗体 ,待检体中氯霉素的含量愈高 ,显色反应愈浅 ,待检体中氯霉素的含量愈低 ,显色反应愈深。结果 :经检测 46个国内不同地方生产的在深圳销售的蜂蜜样品 ,检出含有氯霉素的有 1 3个样品 ,有 33个样品未检出。结论 :此氯霉素残留量检测方法快速可靠、敏感性高、特异生强 。 Objective:To detect Chloramphenicol residues in honey in Shenzhen supermarket,and investgate contamination of Chloramphenicol residues in food Methods:The qualitative CAP ELISA is based on the specific immuno-chemical reactions between antigen and antibody It relies on the competition of CAP-HRPO conjugate are added into wells, if the drug is present in the sample,it will compete with the drug-HRPO conjugate to bind to the limited anount of antibody, which is innobilized on the microtiter well When a sufficient amount of drug is present, the drug will saturate the antibody Thus the enzyme-substrate reaction will not generate and only light color shown, indicating a positive result If there is a negative sample, it will generate deep color after the enzyme-substrate reaction Results:46 honey samples comes from all over of China were investegaed,13 sample showed positive concentration,and the concentration is higher than FDA criterion concentration Conclusion:Together with these results, competitive SLISA can detect CAP residues in sample, and showed higher senstivity and speciality The mothed can used in the field
