摘要
独立公正的司法制度是正确地解决各种纠纷、对受害的公民提供充分补救、保障法律正确实施和实现司法公正的关键。但是,我国现行的司法制度中存在着许多问题,已严重制约了法律的有效实施,只有采取多项对策措施,才能推进司法制度向科学化、现代化方向发展,最终实现司法公正。
Independent and just judicial system is the key to solve various disputes,compensate the victims,ensure the law's right implementation and realize law's justice.But at present there are so many serious problems in the judicial system,which have seriously restricted to implement law efficiently.It is necessary to take measures in order to develop judicial system in the direction of scientific and modern ways so judicial justice with be realized at last.
