行政诉讼中原告也承担相应的举证责任。原告在行政诉讼中对某些程序性问题应承担举证责任。在特殊类型的行政诉讼中,应根据行政行为的不同特点来决定原、被告的举证责任分配,并通过立法将其类型化。

In the administrative law suits,the plaintiffs have to burden the reasonable obligation of offeringproof for some problems of procedure .but in some special types of administrative law suits,the burden of proofs between the defendants and plaintiffs have to be allocated by the differences of the character of the administration,and typilize it through legislation.
