摘要
美国教育是当今世界最发达的教育之一,其基础教育财政更有特色。作者勾勒了战后美国基础教 育财政发展、完善、改革的基本态势,从财政主导权和财政结构的变动、教育财政立法、法院诉讼、财产税、财 政改革的目标以及选举政治的影响和不均衡等几个方面,分析了美国基础教育财政发展的基本特征。
American education is one of the most developed countries in today world, its elementary education finance has more characteristics. The paper analyses the important trends of the elementary education finance development and reform in the USA after War Ⅱ, analyses the elementary characteristics of American public education finance in structure, law-making, litigation, property tax, aid of refom, refluence of the selected politic and no equity.
