河北省党报基本状况调查

随着新闻改革的不断深入,各个媒体之间的竞争日趋激烈。为在激烈的市场竞争中争得更大的生存空间,继续发挥党和群众的耳目喉舌作用,为社会主义建设提供政策宣传支持和精神动力,自20世纪90年代以来进行了一系列的改革并取得了较为明显的成效。但就目前状况来看,省内党报仍然存在一些缺陷,需要进一步更新办报理念,完善经营体制,提高生存和竞争能力。有鉴于此,研究我省各级党报现状,积极探索深化改革的新思路,无疑有着重要的科学价值和社会价值。这里发表的一组论文,分别从我省党报的现状以及深入进行体制改革、实践"三贴近"加强政策宣传、改善经营管理等方面进行分析探讨并提出一些建设性建议。

As the news reformation deepens constantly, the competition between media is becoming fiercer and fiercer. The Party newspaker of our province is trying to get more living space, Continue playing the role of guide of the party and masses, offer policies supporting and spiritual motive force for socialism construction. Since the 1990s , a series of reformations been carried on and made an obvious effect. But now, the Party still has some defects to cure, which means we need newer theory of running newspapers to perfect the management system and improve surviving and competitive power. Investigating the currents situation of the Party of Hebei Province, there are same important scientific value and social value of probing the new thought of deepenning reform. The following papers discuss such problems as: the current situation of the Party, the deepening system innovation , strengthening the policy propagation, improving management & administration etc. . And it puts forward some constructive proposals in order to offer helpful reference to the deepening reformation of the Party of our province.
