摘要
江苏高校的科技产业取得了令人瞩目的优异成绩,2002年江苏高校通过各种渠道争取科技经费22 76942亿元。借助于多指标非线性可拓数学综合评价方法,对江苏高校科技产业发展的各种影响因素进行分析,并利用主成分分析法确定10个评价因子,建立了江苏高校科技产业发展状况可拓综合评价的物元模型。将江苏高校科技产业发展状况水平评价中多参数因子的目标评价归结为单目标决策,利用综合关联度反映江苏高校科技产业发展状况的综合水平。
Jiangsu's colleges have scored great achievements in science, technology and production. In 2002, they succeeded in raising 2276942 billion yuan for scientific and technological research through multiple channels. In this paper, factors affecting the development of science, technology and production in Jiangsu's colleges are analyzed by employing the multi-factor non-linear mathematical evaluation method, a matter-element model of the overall extension evaluation of the condition of science, technology and production in Jiangsu's colleges is established by adopting the principal component analysis, the multi-factor target evaluation is synthesized into single-target decision-making and the overall correlativity is used to reflect the developmental condition of science, technology and production in Jiangsu's colleges
