摘要
考核本身是为了提升组织的效率,但是考核的实践结果与考核制度本身存在非常紧密的关系。笔者通过对科研-教学双轨评优模型案例的深入剖析,旨在说明制度是考核得以产生效率的基础。
The aim of achievement assessment is to improve the efficiency of an organization, but the results of the assessment are closely related to the institution itself. It is pointed out in this paper that the institution is the basis of the improvement of efficiency. And an analysis of the model devised for assessing both research and teaching is made in great detail in order to offer a deep explanation on this issue
