摘要
本文介绍了电子探针过程计算机更新所涉及的硬件和软件方面的工作。在选择替代计算机机型时必须考虑到电子探针设备和计算机之间的信号传送。为设计电子探针设备驱动程序,有必要了解电子探针OCX(Operation and Control of the X—Ray Microanalyzer)控制方式和计算机操作系统特点。在此基础上根据驱动程序的调用方式,用高级语言,如FORTRAN,BASIC设计、修改和扩充原应用程序,完成计算机更新的工作。
This paper introduces the work about the hardware and the software in renewing the process computer for the EPMA (Electronic Probe Microanalyzer). When selecting the type of the substitute computer, consideration must be taken of the signal transmission between the EPMA and the computer. To design the EPMA driver program, it is necessary to understand the OCX (Operation and Control of the X—Ray Microanalyzer) of the EPMA and the features of computer operation system. Therefore, a high—level language, e. g., FORTRAN or BASIC can be used to design, modify and expand the application program according to the called mode of the driver program so that the renewal of the computer is fulfilled.
