宝钢能源中心的生产实践

Production Practice in Baosteel Energy Center

宝钢能源中心的建成投运在国内是第一家。本文通过对其生产实践的体会、分析,肯定了其具备的节能、安全稳定供能、省人和提供信息的作用;指出存在传输速度较慢、计算机容量和控制功能有限及管理功能较少等薄弱环节;指出对今后建设和改造能源中心应注意的一些问题诸如:有规划、有好的硬件系统、有更多的管理功能及有相应的管理模式等,供有关方面参考。

The establishment and operation of Baosteel energy center is the first of its kind in China. Experience and analysis of its production practice proves that it has functions of energy saving, safe and stable energy supplying, information providing and manpower saving. On the other hand, a number of problems still exist, e. g. , the transferring speed is comparatively slow, the capacity of computer and the control function are still limited, and the system management function is insufficient. Therefore, to develop the energy center, attention should be paid to these aspects; better planning and hardware system, more functions of management and correspondent management mode, etc.
