摘要
毒品犯罪的关联性 ,是指毒品犯罪与涉枪涉黑、涉黄涉赌等相关犯罪具有相互牵连和影响的特征或属性。其类型可分为犯罪学类型和刑法学类型。把握毒品犯罪与其它刑事犯罪的关联性 ,积极开展对毒品犯罪的“主攻战”和“配合战” ,才能从根本上打击和遏制毒品犯罪。
The connection between drug crimes and other crimes refers that drug crimes are connected with gun,gang,prostitution,gamble or other related crimes. It consists of the type of criminology and Criminal Law Science. Making use of the connection will combat drug crimes actually by conducting important or assistant war on them.
