射击是公安警务人员必须掌握的一门基本警务技能。心理素质的好坏 ,直接关系到警务人员射击技术水平及其综合素质的提高。因此 ,在院校射击教学中加大心理素质训练力度 ,具有现实必要性。心理素质训练的一般方法主要有 :放松训练、集中注意力训练、表象技能训练、模拟训练、情景刺激训练和情绪体验。

Shooting is a necessary skill for the police to grasp. Psychological quality is closely connected with the improvement of shooting skill and comprehensive qualities. Therefore,it is necessary to add the training of psychological quality to the education of shooting. The common approaches of the training include: relaxation;concentration;skills;simulation;surrounding stimulants;emotional experience.
