试析局部变造复印文件的系统检验

On Systematic Examination of Altering Duplicated Documentation Partly

随着我国改革开放的深入和经济建设的快速发展 ,人们的法律意识逐渐加强 ,作案手段也随之不断提高。涉及民事案件中的文件检验较以前出现了许多新的特点。本文通过对一起局部变造复印文件的系统检验 ,得出两点体会 ,一是文检技术人员要提高自身的专业素质 ,不断适应新形势的要求 ,对可疑文件做出客观公正的鉴别 ;二是随文检案件种类及手段的发展变化 ,对文件物证进行系统的检验、分析是极其重要的。

With the further process of economic construction and reform,the legal awareness are increasing and the methods of crimes improving. New characteristics occur in documentary examination involved in civil cases. The paper concluded the following two experience after conducting systematic examination to an partly altering duplicated documentation: first,the technical staff have to improve their skill to meet the demand of new situation and get fair identification to the suspected documentation;then,it is necessary to examine and analyze the objective evidence of documentation with the development of the classification and ways of the cases.
