摘要
计算机经济犯罪案件侦查中存在诸多问题。其解决措施有:完善相关立法;加强对公安、司法人员计算机操作技能和网络知识的培养;重视对计算机经济犯罪的现场勘查工作;侦查人员应牢固树立法律意识和证据意识;各地公安机关应建立全方位、多层次、立体互联的协作网络;建立和完善与港、澳、台以及其他国家的刑事司法协助制度。
It was existed some problems in investigation of the computer economic crime case. Settling measures: perfect the related legislation, strengthen the training about the computer operating technical ability and network knowledge for the police or judicial personnel, attach importance to the reconnaissance work, enhance the network cooperation and the criminal judicial assistance.
