This paper discusses how to strengthen the tuition charging in colleges and universities from such aspects as obtaining the information about students, educating the students ideologically and politically, and strengthening the system of tuition charging management etc..It also analyses the reasons why the students don't pay off their tuitions, which have significance to strengthen the tuition charging management in colleges and universities.
