摘要
在能源开发和应用的研究中 ,以系统科学的结构质变原理为理论依据 ,对车用清洁燃料的兼容性进行分析 ,提出运用等离子体物理技术改变燃料的物质形态 ,在燃料的储存和输送不变的前提下 ,改变能量的转换方式 ,提高现有燃料热效率和开发清洁燃料的新途径 。
In the research of the development and application of the new resouries, the principle of the qualitative change of systematical science is used as the theoretical basis. The analysis of the compatilility of the vehicles' feuls,in the paper, the author presents the idea that utilizing the physical technology of plasma to change the feul's plysical forms. The storage and transportation can remain unchanged and through the transformation of energy, me can get a new way to raise the heat efficiency and develop the new and clean feuls. This is a passagevay to get the wuhausted energy.
