摘要
研究了东营地区低盐度地下卤水对南美白对虾仔虾存活率的影响。实验结果表明 :南美白对虾仔虾的存活率与地下卤水中的Na+ K+ 比值有关 ,当地下卤水的Na+ K+ 比值过高时添加适量的K+ 可显著提高仔虾的存活率 ;南美白对虾仔虾对盐度突变的适应范围很广 ,盐度从 30突变到 5对仔虾存活率无显著影响 ,但当盐度由 30突变到 0时 ,仔虾全部死亡。
In this paper the study was set up to research the effects of hypo-saline underground brine water of Dongying area on survival of Penaeus vannamei post larvae. The results show that the survival rate of Penaeus vannamei post larvae is relative to the ratio of Na +/K + of underground brine water, and the survival rate increases significantly when the underground brine water was added appropriate K +, the adaptation of Penaeus vannamei post larvae to the salinity changing is extensive, no mortality occurs when the salinity varies abruptly down from 30 to 5, but all the experimental post larvae die when the salinity varies abruptly down from 30 to 0.
