摘要
SQ35切丝机在切丝过程中存在刀辊内腔积尘较多的问题,主要是由于刀辊体的防尘系统密封不好以及刀辊内腔与外界存在压差。通过对刀辊防尘系统进行增压改进(包括系统的结构、气路设计以及刀辊外部密封装置的改进),有效地解决了刀辊内腔积尘的问题,使传动装置能够在相对清洁的环境内运转,从而提高了设备使用寿命和烟丝质量。
THERE WAS HEAVY DUST BUILDUP IN THE CHAMBER OF CUTTING DRUM IN SQ35 TOBACCO CUTTER, BECAUSE OF IT'S UNSATISFACTORY DUSTPROOF SYSTEM AND THE PRESSURE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE DRUM. THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED EFFECTIVELY BY BOOSTING THE PRESSURE IN THE DUSTPROOF SYSTEM (INCLUDING ANALYSIS OF SYSTEM STRUCTURE, DESIGN OF AIR CIRCUIT AND IMPROVEMENT OF OUTER SEAL), THE DRIVING DEVICE WAS RUNNING IN RELATIVELY CLEAN CIRCUMSTANCES, WHICH RESULTED IN LONGER EQUIPMENT LIFE AND BETTER CUT TOBACCO QUALITY.
