摘要
对烟草品种G80进行了氮素形态配比和施肥方式的试验。结果表明,随硝态氮比例的增加,旺长期烟草根系干重随之减少,而在采收期根系干重受不同氮素配比影响的规律不明显;窄幅条施处理的烟株叶面积最大,根系干重也最多,撒施处理的叶面积和根系干重最小。氮素形态配比对微生物数量的影响较小,而施肥方式对其影响较大。
THE EXPERIMENTS OF DIFFERENT FERTILIZING METHODS AND DIFFERENT PROPORTIONS OF NO^-_3-N AND NH^+_4-N ON TOBACCO CV. G80 WERE CONDUCTED. THE RESULTS SHOWED THAT 1) THE DRY WEIGHT OF ROOT WAS REDUCED WITH THE INCREASE OF NO^-_3-N PROPORTION AT FAST GROWING STAGE, AND THERE WAS NO OBVIOUS RULE THAT THE DRY WEIGHT WAS AFFECTED BY NITROGEN PROPORTIONS AT HARVESTING STAGE; AND 2)THE LEAF AREA AND ROOT DRY WEIGHT OF TOBACCO FERTILIZED WITH NARROW STRIP METHOD WERE BIGGER AND HEAVIER THAN THAT OF TOBACCO FERTILIZED WITH OTHER METHODS AND THAT OF TOBACCO FERTILIZED WITH DUST METHOD WERE THE LEAST. NITROGEN FORMS HAD A LITTLE EFFECT ON MICROBE QUANTITY, WHICH WAS HEAVIER AFFECTED BY FERTILIZATION METHODS.
