摘要 建立了考虑气膜刚度、阻尼分布特征与非线性性质的浮动系统动态特性综合分析的近似模型,在此基础上得到了滑块的运动微分方程,并以此为依据研究了悬浮滑块的跟随性。 A integrated simplified system which is based on the distribution of stiffness, damping and their nonlinear characteristics is modeled. The dynamic differential equation of the flying-slide is thus obtained base on the appropriate analysis model, and also the following features of the slider bearing are investigated.
