摘要
对抛秧机振动输送机构,通过建立有限元力学模型,用ANSYS6.1有限元分析软件对该模型进行模态分析和稳态响应分析,确定了振动机构工作频率、振型和振幅,得到了良好的振动特性结果,同时该方法避免了传统设计的反复试验修正过程,为农业机械中振动输送机构提供了一种新的设计思路.
In this paper,a detailed finite element model about vibration transportation machine of rice seeding thrower is established. The model and steady-state response of the vibration system are analyzed in the field, and the frequency, modal type and swing of the model are confirmed. The whole analysis is completed in computer, so that repeated experimentation necessary for traditional design is dispensable and a new thinking mode of design is embodied.
